Financial Services Litigation Associate Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney with two to five years of financial services litigation experience to join their Los Angeles, California office. Responsibilities Manage case files and engage in motion practice. Participate in courtroom opportunities and depositions. Prepare for trials and engage in alternative dispute resolution. Analyze, organize, and draft pleadings, including motions and discovery documents. Conduct e‑discovery and fact development. Appear in state and federal courts for various pre‑trial matters. Requirements Active California license required. Experience from a regional, national, or reputable local law firm preferred. Excellent writing and oral advocacy skills. Judicial clerkship experience is a plus. Familiarity with FDCPA, FCRA, TCPA, UCC, EFTA, TILA, and UCL/UDAP. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle a challenging workload. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree required. Certifications Active membership in the California State Bar. Skills Outstanding attention to detail. Proficiency in e‑discovery and fact development.
