Marketing Specialist

Careerscape is recruiting on behalf of our client, a growing consumer brand based in Los Angeles, for a Marketing Specialist to join their hybrid marketing team. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on marketer who wants to own campaigns end to end, from concept through performance reporting, while working alongside a collaborative team that values creativity backed by data.

Day to day, you will split your time between planning sessions, content creation, and digging into campaign analytics to see what is actually working. The role suits someone who is equally comfortable drafting copy for a social post and building a report on channel performance for leadership. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
• Create content for email, social media, website, and paid advertising
• Coordinate with design and content teams to produce marketing collateral
• Track and report on campaign performance using analytics tools
• Assist in planning and executing promotional events and product launches
• Manage marketing calendars and ensure timely delivery of campaign assets
• Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive positioning
• Support brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels
• Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals
• Monitor budgets and vendor relationships for marketing initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in a marketing or related role
• Strong writing and content creation skills
• Experience with digital marketing tools and social media platforms
• Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong collaboration skills and comfort working cross-functionally
• Working knowledge of email marketing and CRM platforms
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
