JCW is currently recruiting on behalf of a leading carrier for a Commercial Surety Underwriting Regional Manager to join their Bond Division. This organization is a highly respected name in the surety market with a strong track record of performance and growth. The role supports the Midwest region and includes a mix of in-office work and travel, focused on overseeing underwriting activity, managing portfolio performance, and driving profitable growth across the commercial surety business.
