Corporate HR Manager

The Corporate HR Manager provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for all Human Resources functions, including Payroll, Benefits Administration, HRIS, Employee Relations, Safety, and Compliance. This key leadership role partners closely with executive management to develop and implement people strategies that support organizational goals while fostering a safe, productive, and engaged workforce.
As the organization's subject matter expert, the Corporate HR Manager leads initiatives related to employment law compliance, payroll administration, ADP Workforce Now, employee benefits, talent acquisition, organizational development, and workplace safety. This position plays a critical role in driving a positive employee experience and supporting the company's continued growth and success.
Based at one of our production facilities, this role also serves as the on-site HR leader for that location, providing hands-on support and guidance to employees and managers while ensuring the effective execution of all HR processes, programs and policies for that location, including payroll processing for that location.
