Summary:

The Marketing Associate supports the development and execution of marketing initiatives that build brand awareness, promote AIROS products, and support overall business objectives. This role will work closely with the Marketing Manager, Chief Operating Officer, and cross-functional teams to coordinate digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, trade shows, webinars, marketing collateral, and other programs supporting AIROS Medical entity and its affiliated businesses.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who enjoys managing multiple projects, creating engaging content, and helping turn marketing strategies into well-executed campaigns. This is an excellent opportunity for a marketing professional interested in gaining broad experience in healthcare and medical device marketing.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Trade Show Coordination: Support trade show planning, including internal communication, booth materials, promotional items, shipping coordination, pre-show promotion, and post-show follow-up.
• Event Marketing: Coordinate webinars and educational programs, including speaker communication, promotional materials, registration campaigns, and post-event content. 
• Lead Tracking: Support lead-generation initiatives by entering and maintaining marketing leads in the CRM, coordinating lead distribution to the appropriate sales representatives, and helping ensure timely and consistent sales follow-up.
• Digital Marketing: Support the planning and execution of digital marketing initiatives, including social media content and campaigns,educational content, email marketing, and follow-up communications. Maintain the marketing content calendar, schedule and monitor digital content, and help ensure campaigns and projects are completed on time.
• Collateral Support: Assist with the development and maintenance of marketing materials, including sell sheets, brochures, presentations, and digital assets.
• Marketing Analytics: Track and report on key marketing performance metrics, including email engagement, social media performance, webinar registrations, lead activity, and campaign results.
• Vendor & Partner Coordination: Coordinate with outside vendors, designers, printers, industry associations, and other marketing partners to support projects, campaigns, and events.
• Brand Management: Help ensure marketing materials and communications follow AIROS Medical brand standards, approved messaging, and overall brand consistency.
• Marketing & Project Support: Provide administrative and project support to the Marketing team while collaborating with Sales and other cross-functional teams to help keep initiatives organized and on schedule.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with multiple departments and external partners.
• Experience with social media platforms and content creation.
• Familiarity with HubSpot and email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace

Physical Demands:

Work Environment : This is primarily an office-based position. Occasional travel to trade shows, conferences, and client meetings may be required.

Mobility : Must be able to sit or stand at a desk for prolonged periods.

Computer Usage : Frequent use of computers, including typing, viewing screens, and handling office equipment.

Lifting/Carrying : Ability to occasionally lift and move up to 15 pounds for handling tradeshow materials, marketing collateral, or booth setup.

Travel : Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience required
• Experience in the medical device industry is preferred. Excellent project management, communication, and creative skills.
