You will:Manage day-to-day kitchen operations in a fast-paced environmentLead, train, and develop BOH staff including sous chefs, line cooks, and dishwashersConduct weekly planning, including ordering, scheduling, and prep planningEnsure recipe adherence, food quality, and consistency of all dishesMaintain proper inventory processes, cost control, and waste trackingEnsure compliance with safety, sanitation, and regulatory standardsOversee administrative requirements including certifications, timecards, and reportingWork collaboratively with the General Manager, Corporate Chef, and Operations teamWhat We're Looking ForA strong, hands-on leader with a passion for culinary excellence and team development.
