Location: Brooklyn, NY
Schedule: Full-Time
Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 per year
Ditmas Park Nursing & Rehab is seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to oversee all HR functions and support our growing healthcare team.
ResponsibilitiesManage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
Ensure HR compliance and policy implementation
Oversee benefits administration and personnel records
Support managers with performance management
Coordinate orientations and staff development
Previous HR leadership experience
Healthcare or Skilled Nursing experience preferred
Strong knowledge of employment law and employee relations
$65,000–$75,000 per year
