Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual counseling sessions through video chat aimed at providing immediate support and therapeutic intervention to clients.

• Assess clients by utilizing standardized evaluation tools to determine their mental health needs and create individualized treatment plans.

• Guide clients in addressing a range of emotional and mental health challenges, including anxiety, grief, stress management, and relationship difficulties.

• Maintain detailed client records and progress notes as required by our operational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with stable adult clients exhibiting low acuity mental health concerns. This focus allows therapists to engage deeply with clients, facilitating significant therapeutic progress while using innovative tools and methodologies. The clients you encounter will often seek support for common issues such as anxiety, depression, and life transitions, enabling fruitful conversations and powerful outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
