Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at Life Reconcile Therapists LLC, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health status and needs.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to clients' specific goals and challenges.

• Provide evidence-based individual therapy to adult clients, utilizing solution-focused approaches that foster engagement and positive outcomes.

• Utilize teletherapy for consistent and effective virtual therapy sessions with clients, ensuring accessibility and convenience.

• Offer crisis intervention services when necessary, providing immediate support for clients experiencing acute distress.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, additional experience in specific modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care will be considered an asset. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and conducting virtual therapy sessions will also enhance your candidacy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $104,000 annually, based on your caseload and experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
