Capgemini Invent – Process Transformation Consultant Capgemini Invent is looking for a Process Transformation Consultant to support clients in improving core enterprise processes through process mining, analytics, and intelligent automation, in a practical transformation environment focused on measurable outcomes. Responsibilities Document workflows and identify improvement and automation opportunities Support process mining and process discovery initiatives (data preparation, analysis, insights) Build performance reporting (KPIs, dashboards, trend analysis) to quantify impact Support automation backlogs and transformation roadmaps tied to business value Support workshops and synthesis into clear recommendations Track emerging GenAI/automation trends and translate into applicable use cases Compensation The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $67,500–$127,510. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
