Accounting Supervisor

Company DescriptionLeading Financial Services CompanyJob DescriptionMust havePrivate Equity/Funds/Financial ServiceexperienceReview bookkeepingPerform account analysisReview bank reconciliations and supporting schedules (accruals, prepaid expenses, etc..)Manage relationship with 3rd party service provider, including providing procedural updates and trainingSupervise and train internal bookkeeper(s)Communicate with clients to clear questions and open itemsReview and update bookkeeping procedures and checklists at least annuallyReview/Process Forms 1099/1096Internal Responsibilities (filing, status reports, time tracking, etc.)QualificationsAccounting or Finance degree Experience working in financial services with Private EquityKnowledge of QuickBooks or similar programAdvanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, IF/THEN, XIRR, SUBTOTAL, ROUND, named ranges)Professional verbal and written communication skillsAdditional InformationEmail your resume to : Full-timeFunction: Accounting/AuditingExperience level: Not ApplicableIndustry: Staffing And Recruiting
