This position is designed to be fully remote, allowing you to connect with clients in the comfort of their own environments while maintaining a professional therapeutic relationship. Though you will primarily conduct sessions from your home office, you will have access to a network of supportive colleagues and supervisors who are dedicated to your professional development and the well-being of our clients. You will primarily utilize telehealth platforms that are HIPAA-compliant to ensure client confidentiality and security.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting individual therapy sessions to support clients in overcoming personal challenges, including anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Facilitating couples therapy sessions aimed at improving communication, resolving conflicts, and enhancing relationship satisfaction.

• Leading family therapy sessions that focus on strengthening familial bonds, improving understanding, and repairing trust.
\n
• Developing customized treatment plans that align with the unique needs and goals of each client, incorporating feedback and progress assessments.

• Conducting thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders, utilizing standardized assessment tools and observational techniques.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and primary care physicians, to provide comprehensive care for clients.

• Keeping thorough and accurate records of therapy sessions, treatment progress, and client feedback to ensure continuity of care.

• Staying updated with best practices in the field of marriage and family therapy through ongoing training and participation in supervision.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, offering therapy to individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds and cultures. Our clients seek assistance for a range of issues, including but not limited to relationship conflicts, parenting challenges, trauma, mental health conditions, and life transitions. Your expertise will guide them through their unique circumstances, employing tailored therapeutic approaches that resonate with their values and experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Georgia.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience in providing therapeutic services.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with clients and team members.

• Strong interpersonal skills to foster trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Ability to work independently, using sound judgment and clinical skills to make decisions in a remote setting.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
