Landscaper assistant

Job Description

As a Landscaper Assistant, you will support small residential landscaping teams by performing essential outdoor maintenance tasks. This role involves independent work with periodic supervisory check-ins and requires operating powered landscaping equipment. Work is generally scheduled during regular weekdays, with seasonal fluctuations typical of the landscaping industry.

Responsibilities

Perform mulching, weeding, and lawn care duties to maintain landscape aesthetics
Operate powered landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
Support team members in achieving daily project goals
Manage time effectively to complete tasks within scheduled hours

Preferred Qualifications

1+ years experience in landscaping and lawn maintenance
Familiarity with powered equipment operation
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Effective time management abilities
