You pride yourself on your solution oriented approach to get the work done. Landscape Sales Manager Join our dynamic and rapidly expanding landscape team! We are a thriving company dedicated to transforming outdoor spaces into stunning landscapes. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated Landscape Sales Manager who will bring in new business and handle customer relationships with homeowners and property managers. We value our employees and offer a competitive salary of $60,000 to $70,000 + 5% sales bonus. Two weeks of vacation are accrued, and three weeks after five years. Responsibilities: Generate sales opportunities by proactively reaching out to homeowners, commercial properties and HOAs. Help create estimations, present renderings to clients, and explain the vision to close the sale. Handle all client communications and on-site meetings to close on high-end landscape design and commercial maintenance sales. Requirements: Proven experience in landscape sales or similar field. Self-starter, and demonstrated ability to engage with new prospects Knowledge of landscape construction practices. Knowledge in lawn maintenance, plant material and horticultural practices. Turf Care is a plus. Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make informed decisions. Strong communication skills. Additional Responsibilities and Duties Prepare and submit accurate and timely bids for new and existing business. Ability to read and interpret plans when necessary. Oversee landscape installations to deliver the project sold to the customer. Meet with customers to review status of projects and keep them updated on progress. Assist in locating and procuring material as needed. Assist operations and office staff in scheduling projects and material deliveries to jobsite or warehouse as needed.
