Description You will be the Financial Analyst Sr for the ATACMS program finance team. Our team is responsible for driving program business rhythm, analyzing data, and providing financial guidance to program leadership and key stakeholders. What You Will Be Doing As the Financial Analyst Sr you will be responsible for delivering timely financial insight, managing program rhythm, and supporting budgetary decisions for the ATACMS program. Perform program business rhythm with key stakeholders in a timely manner. Develop performance metrics and provide variance analysis. Review and validate Estimate to Complete/Estimate at Complete updates. Support budget and schedule for contract work, including funding needs and variance analysis. Basic Qualifications Bachelors degree from an accredited college in accounting, finance or related area. Experience conducting Estimate at Complete (EAC) analysis. Experience establishing/managing program cost baselines. Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint & Tableau. Aptitude to facilitate results, self‑starter attitude, process oriented & structured problem solver. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multi‑task and take on challenging assignments. Desired Skills Defense Industry experience. Knowledge and experience with Earned Value Management (EVM).
