You are the customer’s main point of contact afterthey purchase their order, all the way until completion. This includesbeing the liaison point between the customer and our design team,mailing list experts, and our printing and mailing area teams, aswell. This is a fast-paced position and requires a lot ofmulti-tasking and decision making. The Campaign Coordinators must bedetail-oriented and organized to ensure the client’s deadlines aremet. This position is responsible for ensuring that the customer isserviced perfectly and is very happy with their order! Ultimately, we strive for flawless, 5-star customer service.
