Senior Customer Relationship Manager

Driving complex revenue growth for high-value accounts, the full-time Senior Customer Relationship Manager will develop and execute long-range account strategies, lead executive-level negotiations, and identify growth opportunities, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Owns top tier or highly complex accounts, navigating multiple buying centers and cross-platform strategies Develops and executes account strategies that align with client business goals to drive sustainable revenue growth Leads high-stakes conversations and negotiations, influencing senior agency and client leadership Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree required Minimum of 8 years of experience in Corporate/B2B sales, new business development, or client relationship management Proven experience in digital advertising, audience data, AdTech, or media sales Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities to shape multi-year client strategies Advanced communication and negotiation skills for high-stakes conversations
