Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and create individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s specific needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused strategies across various therapeutic settings including individual, group, and family therapy.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards to ensure high-quality patient care.

As an LPC at Revive and Thrive, you will serve a diverse clientele, ranging from individuals coping with anxiety and depression to families navigating complex relational dynamics. Qualifications\n

• An active and unrestricted LPC license in the state of Arizona.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a similar field.

• A minimum of 2 years of counseling experience, ideally within a clinical setting.

• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards related to counseling practice.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with a broad range of clients.

• Proficiency in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and other relevant technologies to enhance patient care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Revive and Thrive offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
