Concierge Lounge Attendant

Overview Assist with guest needs and requests to ensure positive guest experience. Compensation Tipped/Service Charge Eligible? Yes. Discretionary Performance Bonus Eligible? No. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Answer questions regarding or making reservations for dining, entertainment, sports events, recreation, tours, health and beauty, childcare, transportation, cultural activities, shopping, and other services. Provide directions to hotel facilities or events. Notify/assist guests of receipt of facsimiles, mail, messages, and packages. Maintain current information and materials regarding hotel, services, and attractions. Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis. Perform any other job duties as assigned. Qualifications and Skills One year experience in a public contact position. Hotel experience preferred. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with guests and associates. Effective verbal and written communication skills.
