Keep Moving Forward Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team in Boulder City, Nevada. Work Environment

This position will be based onsite at our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center, which is equipped with advanced rehabilitation technology and therapeutic modalities. You will work within an outpatient orthopedic clinic that emphasizes personalized treatment in a welcoming and supportive setting. Your work week will be structured from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patient physical capabilities, limitations, and needs.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that utilize therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to enhance recovery.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment strategies as necessary to ensure effective rehabilitation.
• Educate patients and families about injury prevention strategies, home exercise programs, and other ways to maintain physical health after discharge.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to optimize patient outcomes.
• Document treatment plans and patient progress in accordance with regulatory guidelines and facility policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse patient population suffering from various orthopedic conditions, including post-operative rehabilitation from joint replacements, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal disorders. Your expertise will play a critical role in guiding patients through their recovery journey and helping them regain the mobility and confidence they need to lead fulfilling lives.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or higher (Master's or Doctorate preferred).
• Current or eligibility for a Nevada Physical Therapy license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster effective patient relationships.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in outpatient orthopedic settings is highly preferred.
• Experience utilizing evidence-based therapeutic practices and modalities.
• A history of successfully helping patients achieve therapeutic goals through tailored care.
