What You’ll Do: Make professional, courteous contact with homeowners to schedule inspection visits. Travel to residential homes and complete interior/exterior and exterior-only property inspections. Complete inspection visits collecting and reporting on residential construction and loss control features in an accurate and timely manner. Take photos, collect property data, and upload your findings using your smartphone or tablet. Measure the exterior walls of the home and draw a sketch using proprietary software. Maximize this opportunity by utilizing your unique skillset. What We're Looking For: 1099 Independent Contractors – Be your own boss, set your own schedule! Flexible Hours – Work during daylight hours, Monday through Saturday. Comfortable Working Outdoors – This role requires you to work in various weather conditions. Comfortable with the general public – You’ll be required to knock on doors and engage with homeowners. Tech-Savvy – A recent smartphone, a good understanding of its systems, and the know-how to troubleshoot issues. Reliable Vehicle & Driver's License – Travel to residential properties within your territory. Strong Communication Skills – You're a professional and a persistent communicator. You're not someone who just disappears when things get tough. Microsoft Excel Familiarity – Basic computer skills are necessary for managing your inspections. Compensation: Independent Contractors – You get paid per inspection. Fees – Vary based on location and inspection type, allowing for higher earning potential as you demonstrate competency.
