Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Montage Counseling Center, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments to understand clients’ mental health and relational needs.

• Providing individual, couple, and family therapy tailored to specific issues affecting relationships.
\n
• Facilitating joint sessions with couples while also offering individual therapy to each partner.
\n
• Addressing an array of concerns, including but not limited to:

• Alcohol and substance abuse
\n
• Physical and psychological abuse
\n
• Grief and loss
\n
• Family conflicts and communication difficulties
\n
• Adjustment issues related to separation or divorce
\n
• Challenges and dynamics pertinent to blended families

\n
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to create holistic treatment plans.

• Monitoring client progress and providing timely follow-ups to ensure the effectiveness of therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The range of clients you will work with includes adults, adolescents, and families facing various challenges. You will have the opportunity to create meaningful therapeutic relationships with these clients, assisting them in navigating through issues such as marital conflicts, parenting struggles, grief, and mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A valid and active California state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n

Montage Counseling Center offers a competitive compensation package for LMFTs, with yearly earnings in the range of $75,000 – $100,000. Additional benefits include:
