Qualifications

Prior experience in a dental/medical setting or a customer service role is preferred (1+ years)
Experience with scheduling appointments and collecting co-pays/outstanding balances
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
Knowledge of Dentrix software is a plus
Excellent customer service and computer/phone skills
Ability to multitask in a busy office setting
