Are you ready to take the next big step in your hospitality career? Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe is seeking a hardworking and driven individual for our Guest Services team- a person who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do and shares our passion for service excellence!

What are we looking for?

• A genuine, caring, and compassionate professional with a strong passion for hospitality and a natural ability to connect authentically with others
• Demonstrates integrity and accountability in all actions and exhibits confidence when making decisions to deliver a luxury-level experience
• A collaborative team player who actively supports and encourages colleagues to achieve shared success
• A true storyteller - your descriptions and information regarding knowledge of places, restaurants, culture and art are engaging and capture the guest's attention
• A positive and solution-oriented problem-solver, responding confidently to the unexpected and adapting quickly to changing needs

What would you bring to the table?

• 2+ years of concierge experience, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment - Les Clefs d'Or USA is a plus
• Knowledge of Santa Fe and New Mexico
• Proficiency in computer navigation and applications including KEY, Opera, Book 4 Time, Outlook, and basic data entry
• Flexible schedule- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

What would your job responsibilities be?

• Use your authentic personality and local knowledge to create memorable guest experiences, proactively exceeding guest expectations with exceptional service
• Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests and reservation requests/changes whenever possible and promptly resolving complaints with empathy
• Answer guest inquiries appropriately with information and knowledge of the resort, Santa Fe, and surrounding areas
• Attend to details that elevate every tour and interaction, collaborating as needed with other departments and accurately posting charges to guest folios
• Book tours in Key and manage all confirmation details, communicating clearly and warmly via phone, chat, and email
