PM/Estimator_Self Perform Division-10

We are looking for a detail-oriented Division 10 Estimator to join their team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for commercial construction projects, interpreting project plans, and supporting the bidding process for projects of varying complexity. Requirements 2-5 years of relevant experience in Division-10 commercial projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs. Proven track record of successfully managing multiple commercial interior or drywall projects with values of $500,000 or more. Review project plans, specifications, and contracts to identify scope of work and potential cost-saving opportunities. Experience using 3D models for Preconstruction, Excellent analytical skills, and the ability to interpret complex technical drawings, architectural plans, and specifications. Demonstrable proficiency with technology such as MS Office, on-screen quantity take-off applications, model-based quantity take-off technologies, bidding software such as Procore, and next-generation estimating platforms (Bluebeam, Revu, others). The candidate will be expected to use DESTINI Estimator as the primary estimating application and supplement tools such as OST software /Quick Bid /BuzzBID, and other estimating software. Excellent leadership, communication, and client relations skills. Qualifications A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
