Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and establish comprehensive treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions suited for varying dynamics, including individual sessions, couples therapy, family counseling, and group therapy settings.

• Employ a range of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, customizing the approach to align with individual client needs.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to develop an integrated approach to client care, sharing insights and strategies to meet holistic health goals.

• Maintain meticulous and accurate clinical records, adhering to ethical standards and safeguarding client confidentiality in compliance with all regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Connecticut.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The competitive salary range for this position is USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
