Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and mental health assessments to identify client needs and establish diagnosis.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that prioritize client goals and outcomes.
\n
• Maintain thorough documentation, including clinical case notes, treatment plan reviews, and ongoing assessments, in compliance with organizational policies.
\n
• For full-time clinicians, uphold a minimum caseload of 27 client sessions per week to ensure consistent client engagement and support.
\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care, including consultations with case managers, medical personnel, and educational staff as necessary.
\n
• Engage in regular clinical team meetings to share insights, strategies, and foster a collaborative team culture.
\n
• Utilize creative interventions and therapeutic techniques, adapting as needed to address the unique challenges faced by clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, and families. Our commitment to inclusivity means that we’re particularly eager to welcome therapists who identify as BIPOC, LGBTQ+, or bilingual, helping to connect with clients from various backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Behavioral Sciences or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Possession of a valid LMFT PA clinical license is necessary to practice.

• Demonstrated experience in clinical documentation, including treatment planning, assessments, and case notes.

• Proficient written and verbal communication abilities, with a strong emphasis on timely documentation submission.
\n
• Exemplary interpersonal skills, with the capacity to establish and maintain appropriate boundaries with clients.

• Comfort and adaptability in working with a diverse clientele.
\n
• Familiarity with Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems; experience with Valant is a plus.
\n
• Ability to pass a background check in accordance with company policy.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience in community mental health settings or clinics.

• Proven ability to work with various therapy modalities tailored to client needs.

• Experience in teletherapy is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Questa Behavioral Health Center offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $105,000 annually, complemented by a sign-on bonus. Our compensation structure includes hourly pay plus commission for client sessions, ensuring your hard work and dedication are rewarded. We also offer:
