Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients by utilizing diagnostic interviews and standardized measures to formulate individualized treatment plans that address specific mental health needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapy sessions—both individually and in group settings—embracing various therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches.

• Collaborate seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team that includes case managers, psychiatrists, and other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive and holistic care for clients.

• Engage in crisis intervention, providing immediate support and developing safety plans for clients who may be experiencing acute psychological distress or emergencies.

• Participate in community outreach programs aimed at reducing stigma and raising awareness about mental health resources, answering the call to serve as advocates for mental well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A current and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A minimum of a master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Strong organizational skills, coupled with the ability to maintain accurate and timely documentation within electronic health record systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n
