Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and document relevant psycho-social data gathered from clients, families, and other support systems.

• Implement the mental health recovery model in practice, emphasizing an empowering approach that fosters individual strengths and capacities.

• Develop, implement, and adjust crisis intervention and treatment plans in conjunction with clients, aiming for optimal outcomes and supporting spontaneous recovery processes.

• Engage actively in inter-disciplinary collaboration by liaising with physicians and other healthcare practitioners to coordinate comprehensive care plans that address both physical and mental health needs.

• Maintain regular documentation and progress notes to ensure compliance with clinical standards and facilitate ongoing client support.

Qualifications\n
