Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to gain insight into each patient’s unique experiences, and develop evidence-based treatment plans tailored to their individual needs.

• Utilize proven therapeutic interventions, drawing from a strong knowledge base of existing methodologies, to engage clients effectively in their treatment process.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing a broad range of techniques aimed at promoting emotional resilience and overall mental well-being.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate holistic care that addresses the multifaceted needs of patients.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, ensuring timely and effective management of acute situations.

• Educate patients and their families regarding mental health disorders, available treatment options, and community resources to promote a deeper understanding and encourage proactive management of their health.
