URGENTLY HIRING – SERVICE ADVISOR (AUTOMOTIVE)

Vandergriff Chevrolet is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy helping customers while maximizing service department performance, we want to meet you!

???? What You’ll Do

Greet customers and provide an exceptional service experience from start to finish
Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
Recommend maintenance and repairs based on customer needs and manufacturer guidelines
Communicate effectively with technicians and keep customers updated
Ensure timely completion of work and deliver vehicles with care
Build long-term relationships to drive repeat business and referrals

What We’re Looking For

Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred (but open to strong customer service backgrounds)
Strong communication and sales skills
Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

Greet customers promptly and provide a professional, friendly experience
Listen to customer concerns and accurately document service needs
Recommend maintenance and repairs using dealership and manufacturer guidelines
Communicate clearly with technicians regarding vehicle status
Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
Ensure timely vehicle delivery and complete satisfaction
Build long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business

Qualifications

Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred (not required for strong candidates with customer service or sales backgrounds)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Valid driver’s license required
