Estate Planning & Probate Attorney

Our client, a leading Texas law firm, is seeking an experienced Estate Planning & Probate Attorney to join its growing team. With offices throughout Texas, the firm provides a collaborative environment, strong administrative support, and the resources attorneys need to focus on practicing law rather than business development or administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities Manage estate planning, probate, and guardianship matters from intake through resolution. Handle probate litigation, including will contests, trust disputes, contested guardianships, and fiduciary litigation. Draft comprehensive estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related instruments. Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials. Develop litigation strategies and negotiate favorable outcomes for clients. Provide compassionate and effective legal counsel to individuals and families. Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure accurate and timely case management. Travel as needed between Texas office locations to support client and court needs. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in Estate Planning, Probate, and Guardianship law. Strong courtroom and litigation experience. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills. Experience with Clio, TxDoc, Google Workspace, and e-filing systems preferred. Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Competitive base salary based on experience.
