Schedule: Days, Monday - Friday

Shift: Full-time, Days

Hours/Week: Approx. 40 hours

License/Certs: First Assist Certification w/ Robot (required), BLS/ACLS standard certifications

Experience: Prior gynecological surgical experience required; no new grads considered

What You'll Do

• Assist in robotic gynecological surgeries in an inpatient operating room setting
• Provide first assist coverage for 26 surgeries daily
• Collaborate closely with attending surgeons during procedures
• Maintain accurate documentation using Cerner/ Oracle EMR
• Support patient care before, during, and after surgeries
• Ensure compliance with hospital and safety protocols
• Demonstrate proficiency in trauma level 3 surgical procedures

What You Need

• Required:
• First Assist Certification with Robot experience
• NJ license (or ability to obtain; no licensing needed to accept)
• BLS/ ACLS certifications
• 2+ years of surgical experience in gynecology
• Preferred:
• Experience with robotic surgery workflows
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
