ICU RN - $10K Sign-On Bonus

Gainesville, Florida

Full-Time | Night Shift | Permanent Position

$10,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.

MASC Medical is partnering with an acute-care hospital in Gainesville to recruit an experienced ICU RN for its night-shift team.

Position Highlights:

• Three 12-hour night shifts

• Rotating weekends

• Night and weekend shift differentials

• Supportive critical-care team

• Permanent hospital position

What You’ll Do:

• Provide direct care to critically ill patients

• Assess patients and respond quickly to changes in condition

• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies

• Monitor cardiac rhythms, ventilators, and critical-care equipment

• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team

• Educate and support patients and their families

Qualifications:

• Active Florida RN license or multistate compact license

• At least 1 year of recent ICU or critical-care RN experience

• BLS certification

• ACLS certification or ability to obtain it shortly after hire

• Nursing diploma, ADN, ASN, or BSN
