Expedient Home Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in Red Bank, New Jersey. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients in their home environment, assessing their physical condition and mobility levels.
• Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing diverse therapeutic methods, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and patient education to enhance function and reduce pain.
• Implement interventions that align with established therapeutic goals, monitoring patient progress and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing assessments.
• Maintain thorough documentation of patient treatments, response to therapy, and progress towards recovery goals, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Train patients, caregivers, and family members in safe execution of therapeutic exercises, assistive devices use, and other rehabilitation strategies to promote independence and self-management.
• Engage in continuous professional development through educational workshops, participating in professional networks and societies to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse population of patients, ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics, each presenting unique rehabilitation needs. Patients may include individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, neurological conditions, post-surgical recovery, or chronic pain syndromes. Understanding the specific goals and challenges of each demographic will be integral as you adapt your therapeutic approach to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• Current state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective patient interaction and documentation.
• Proficient in computer skills, including electronic health records and basic word processing.
• Flexibility to adapt therapeutic approaches to diverse patient needs and settings.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of clinical experience is required, those with additional home health experience or prior outpatient therapy roles may be preferred. Compensation and Benefits
