Work Environment

You will work predominantly onsite, providing home care services tailored to the unique needs of our patients. Our clinic operates from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule while you focus on patient rehabilitation. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and functional assessments of patients to identify specific therapeutic needs.
• Develop and implement customized rehabilitation plans based on patient assessment results and individual goals, utilizing best practices and evidence-based methodologies.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including chiropractors, medical doctors, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure coordinated care and optimal treatment strategies.
• Regularly monitor patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans and techniques to maximize recovery and improve functional outcomes.
• Educate patients on exercises, proper body mechanics, and self-care strategies to enhance their independence and expedite recovery.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment plans accurately in line with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
• Participate in team meetings and case discussions, contributing insights for continuous improvement in patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Realign Physical Therapy, you will work with a diverse patient population ranging from post-operative individuals recovering from surgery to athletes seeking to regain strength and mobility. Your expertise will address various conditions including orthopedic injuries, neurological disorders, and chronic pain issues. The focus is on empowering patients to achieve their rehabilitation goals through personalized care.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a related field is required; however, candidates with a Master's Degree are encouraged to apply.
• A current New Jersey Physical Therapist license or a license pending is essential for this position.
• Strong commitment to teamwork, problem-solving, and patient advocacy to foster a supportive rehabilitation environment.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
