Work Environment

Our onsite outpatient office provides a friendly and supportive atmosphere with a contemporary setup, equipped with state-of-the-art rehabilitation technology. The work schedule is from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments that emphasize functional mobility, enabling the identification of patient limitations and the formulation of tailored rehabilitation plans.
• Deliver and modify therapy interventions based on individual progress, utilizing techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to improve patients' physical function.
• Collaborate with physicians and chiropractors to optimize patient outcomes, participating in case discussions to share insights and formulate effective treatment strategies.
• Educate and motivate patients continuously throughout their treatment processes, providing them with the necessary tools and knowledge to maximize their rehabilitation success.
• Document treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes accurately and in a timely fashion, using our electronic medical records (EMR) systems to maintain patient information.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The physical therapist will work with a diverse range of patients, including those recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Our patient-centered approach ensures that each individual's story is heard, enabling personalized care that fosters inclusive participation from patients and their families.

Qualifications

• A valid New Jersey PT license or eligibility to obtain one.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program; a Master's degree is preferred.

We are seeking candidates with at least two years of experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting. Familiarity with electronic medical record systems and experience in a multidisciplinary team environment would be advantageous.
