Work Environment

Our clinic operates Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, offering a structured schedule that promotes work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' functional mobility, identifying areas of need and outlining tailored treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and chiropractors to create integrated treatment approaches, adjust plans as necessary based on patient progress.
• Administer and modify therapeutic interventions, utilizing various modalities such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and patient education.
• Provide continuous motivation and education to patients, ensuring they understand their treatment process and are actively engaged in their rehabilitation goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatments in compliance with healthcare regulations and company protocols.
• Participate in team meetings and case discussions to foster a collaborative environment and ensure high-quality care delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse group of patients across various age groups and conditions. Your expertise will support individuals recovering from surgeries, managing chronic pain, or improving mobility after injury. Each treatment plan is customized, requiring you to use your clinical skills creatively to meet the unique needs of each individual and guide them towards achieving their personal health goals.

Qualifications

• A valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in New Jersey or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a relevant field.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
