Work Environment

The position is primarily onsite and operates in a home care setting, allowing physical therapists to meet patients in the comfort of their own homes. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough mobility assessments to evaluate patient needs and limitations.
• Design and implement individualized therapy programs utilizing evidence-based techniques.
• Collaborate effectively with chiropractors, medical doctors, and multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.
• Monitor patient progress regularly and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families about therapeutic exercises, injury prevention, and healthy mobility practices.
• Document treatment plans and patient interactions accurately in our electronic health record (EHR) system.

Qualifications

• A valid Physical Therapy license in New Jersey (or eligibility to obtain licensure).

Compensation and Benefits
