Für unser Sales Team suchen wir eine ambitionierte, erfahrene Vertriebspersönlichkeit mit klarem Fokus auf Payment-Lösungen, die Verantwortung für unsere Payments-Umsatzziele übernimmt, Chancen identifiziert und Abschlüsse erfolgreich realisiert. Du arbeitest eng mit dem Core SaaS Sales Team zusammen, um Payments systematisch an unsere Softwareverkäufe anzubinden, und übernimmst die Führung bei großen, komplexen und besonders wertvollen Opportunities, in denen spezialisierte Expertise gefragt ist. Zudem arbeitest Du gemeinsam mit Marketing an gezielten Outreach-Aktivitäten, Incentives und segmentbasierten Kampagnen. Als kommerzielle:r Payments-Expert:in bei helloTESS! verantwortest Du die gesamte Payments-Sales-Journey – von der Identifikation und Entwicklung von Opportunities über Antragstellung und Onboarding bis hin zum Go-live und den ersten Transaktionen. Deine Aufgaben Verantwortung für Payments-Umsätze: Du übernimmst die Umsatz- und GMV-Ziele im Zahlungsbereich und treibst die Conversion-Strategie bei Neukunden und Bestandskunden voran. Unterstützung des Core Sales Teams: Du unterstützt das Core SaaS Sales Team dabei, helloTESS! Payments bei neuen und bestehenden Merchant-Kunden zu platzieren Proaktive Segmentierung & Neukundengewinnung: Du identifizierst Zielkunden, priorisierst High-Value Opportunities und führst qualifizierte Erstgespräche. Beratender Vertrieb & Value Selling: Du analysierst Payment-Prozesse, entwickelst maßgeschneiderte Lösungen und überzeugst Entscheidungsträger durch Demos und Präsentationen. Marketing-Kooperation: Du arbeitest mit Marketing zusammen, um gezielte Kampagnen und Incentives für unterschiedliche Merchant-Segmente durchzuführen. End-to-End-Verantwortung: Du managst den gesamten Sales-Prozess von der Opportunity-Generierung bis zur ersten Transaktion und koordinierst interne Stakeholder und Payment-Partner. Ecosystem & Partnerschaften: Du arbeitest eng mit Payment-Partnern zusammen, um ein skalierbares und leistungsstarkes Payment-Angebot sicherzustellen. Performance & Key Account Management: Du verantwortest Pipeline, Forecasts und KPIs im CRM, treibst Upselling in Key Accounts voran und bleibst vertrauensvoller Partner nach Closing. Wen wir suchen Kaufmännische oder vergleichbare Ausbildung 3–5 Jahre Erfahrung im B2B Softwarevertrieb , idealerweise mit starkem Fokus auf Payment-Lösungen Nachweisbare Erfolge im Payment Sales (z. B.
