The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B business services marketing, with a focus on enterprise demand generation and complex buying cycles. They should be adept at designing and implementing a data-driven demand engine, optimizing the marketing funnel, and identifying high-value customer segments. The role also requires a strong command of digital strategy, CRM, marketing automation, and funnel analytics, as well as the ability to balance performance marketing with long-term brand equity creation. The VP of Marketing will be expected to champion a metrics-driven culture, evaluate and optimize the marketing technology stack, and ensure tight alignment between marketing investment and business outcomes.
