Overview We are a Seattle-based boutique law firm with a national insurance coverage and complex litigation practice. We are seeking an attorney at all levels of experience to join our growing team. Job Type Full time What You'll Do Partner with attorneys and team members on a wide range of insurance coverage and litigation matters. Manage cases from start to finish, including drafting pleadings, motions, and correspondence. Conduct legal research and analysis of case law, statutes, regulations, policy language, and factual records. Prepare and respond to discovery, review claims files and case documents, and analyze coverage issues. Take and defend depositions; prepare for and attend mediations, hearings, and client or expert meetings. Participate in trial preparation and contribute to case strategy and execution. Qualifications Experience in insurance coverage and/or civil litigation (preferred). Strong writing, research, and analytical abilities. Experience with discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation. Proven ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
