Senior Relationship Manager

Stewarding a portfolio of accounting firms, the full-time Senior Relationship Manager will deepen their use of Mercury, drive product adoption, and serve as the primary relationship owner while working remotely within the United States. Key responsibilities Build trust with accounting firm principals, understanding their operations and enhancing their experience with Mercury Execute structured success calls and business reviews to drive adoption of Mercury features among clients Channel insights from accounting practitioners to inform product development and improve workflows Required qualifications 4-6 years in customer success, relationship banking, fintech account management, or a similar client-facing role 3+ years of experience working directly with accounting firms or within an accounting firm Strong knowledge of general ledger systems, bank reconciliations, and accounting principles Familiarity with accounting technology tools such as QuickBooks, Xero, and NetSuite Experience managing a book of business across multiple firms or multi-entity client portfolios
