Work Environment

This position is designed for remote work, allowing flexibility and minimizing commuting time. Our telehealth model enables clinicians to engage with clients through virtual platforms, maintaining accessibility and continuity of care. This arrangement is particularly beneficial for serving under-resourced communities in and around Denver, Colorado, where clients may face significant barriers to traditional in-person mental health services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical services via telehealth platforms to a caseload of clients experiencing a spectrum of mental health issues, including major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to establish and achieve common goals, ensuring an integrated approach to client care.
• Engage with clients, families, and external partners respectfully and effectively, accommodating various cultural beliefs and interpersonal styles.
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop integrated care plans, linking clients with appropriate services and resources.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver brief, focused prevention and therapeutic interventions, ensuring alignment with clients’ needs and preferences.
• Monitor clinical progress and outcomes through regular assessment of client risk levels, treatment efficacy, and satisfaction.
• Participate actively in quality improvement initiatives and contribute insights and recommendations to enhance service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable professional ethical guidelines and organizational policies in every aspect of practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role will focus on serving diverse populations that may include individuals from various socio-economic backgrounds and cultural identities. As a clinician, you will engage with clients who often face compounded challenges related to access to care, stigma surrounding mental health treatment, and socio-economic barriers. Your work will directly contribute to improving mental health outcomes and enhancing the quality of life for these individuals and families.

Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Colorado is mandatory.
• Demonstrated expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health conditions, as well as crisis intervention techniques.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
• Proficiency in multicultural competence and awareness of age-specific developmental needs.
• Proven organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience, particularly in community mental health or similar settings, is preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable, enhancing the ability to engage with a broader client base.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this full-time LCSW position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, which includes health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan with company matching contributions. There is also a sign-on bonus available to eligible candidates.
