Retail Sales Associate

Southern Nevada Conservancy is dedicated to providing expert, cost‑effective visitor services at Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area. For over 30 years, the organization has helped locals and tourists connect with the beauty, history, and science of public lands while managing increased visitation and its impact on natural and cultural resources. Role Description The Retail Sales Associate is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Las Vegas, NV. The associate will handle day‑to‑day operations of the retail store, including assisting customers, processing transactions, maintaining merchandise displays, and restocking inventory. They will provide exceptional customer service focused on promoting the mission of conservation and education, utilizing product knowledge to answer customer inquiries and promote sales effectively. Qualifications Strong skills in retail sales and product knowledge to assist and guide customers effectively. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Experience in sales, identifying and meeting customer needs while promoting products. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment with attention to detail. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays as required. Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
