Update Supervisor on status accordingly.Serve as a resource for the assigned functional area answering questions and providing general information or follow-up as neededAssist in problem resolution through knowledge of policy, procedure and practicePerform other department-specific duties and other assignments as appropriateEnsure customer service standards are met for the facilities and patients we serviceWork collaboratively with other supervisors/functional areas ensure smooth and efficient workflowScreens vaccine recipients pre-vaccine for potential concerns as identified by facility guidelinesEducates recipient and administers vaccine as indicatedDocuments vaccine administration using appropriate medical record system.
