Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make a meaningful impact by supporting students’ social, emotional, and academic success in schools throughout the Denver area! As a contract professional, you’ll deliver direct services to special education students ranging from early childhood through high school. Positions are available on a first-come, first-served basis and assignments may vary.

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of previous school-based experience required
• Master's, Specialist, or Doctorate degree in School Psychology
• Active CDE Special Service Provider License endorsement in School Psychology
• Demonstrated strength in student assessment, report writing, and IEP documentation
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Collaborative approach and strong interpersonal skills when working with families, teachers, administrators, and community partners
• Calm, organized, and effective in crisis response with strong problem-solving skills
• Solid computer technology skills and comfort navigating digital platforms
• Ability to engage with people from diverse backgrounds

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counseling based on IEP goals
• Develop interventions to address academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs
• Conduct and document cognitive, social, behavioral, and adaptive assessments
• Respond to crisis situations including risk and threat assessments and support safety plans
• Complete written evaluations, progress monitoring, and service logs
• Collaborate in meetings: IEPs, MTSS teams, staffing sessions, and professional development
• Consult with families, outside service providers, and community agencies as needed
• Deliver psychoeducation and behavioral consultation to staff, students, and families
• Assist with wellness visits and help coordinate community resources

This is a full-time, onsite contract role (35 hours/week, Monday through Friday) for the full academic year (7/31/2026 – 5/26/2027).
