Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a pivotal role supporting student success as a School Psychologist in the vibrant Denver metro area. This full-time, onsite contract offers the opportunity to make a direct impact within a varied caseload, serving students from early childhood through high school. You’ll collaborate closely with special education students, families, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver essential mental health services, facilitate assessments, and contribute to a positive educational environment.

Desired Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years prior experience in school-based psychology roles
• Master’s degree, Specialist’s degree, or Doctorate in School Psychology
• Active Colorado Department of Education Special Service Provider License with School Psychology endorsement
• Up-to-date understanding of professional best practices in school psychology
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal, critical thinking, and collaborative teaming abilities
• Calm and effective in crisis management settings
• Advanced computer technology skills
• Capacity to work efficiently with diverse communities and manage multiple priorities
• Ability to complete required background check and fingerprints promptly

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct counseling and mental health services aligned with IEP goals
• Develop and implement group, individual, and system-level interventions
• Perform cognitive, emotional, behavioral, and adaptive skills assessments
• Complete formal evaluations and generate comprehensive reports
• Participate in crisis interventions, including risk and threat assessments
• Collaborate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary teams, behavioral health initiatives, and professional development
• Consult with teachers, families, and community service providers
• Support both special education and general education students through targeted behavioral interventions and resource coordination
