Work Location: Onalaska, Wi Schedule: Full-Time / Monday – Thursday 6:00 am – 4:30 pm Compensation: $23.85 – $27.00 per hour (Based on experience) Bonus: Quarterly Profit Sharing AND Pay Increase Opportunity Twice Per Year! You'll start with a short Predictive Index (PI) assessment ( Your Purpose The ITAD Operations Supervisor plays a key leadership role by representing organizational goals and expectations to their team, while also advocating for team member needs to management. This position is responsible for driving a positive team experience through a focus on safety, engagement, and accountability to production goals, quality standards, and Dynamic's core values. Supervisors act as servant leaders, removing barriers to success, fostering a strong workplace culture, and continuously striving to make Dynamic a better place to work. This role requires a strong technical aptitude and the ability to lead across multiple specialized departments. They must thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, balancing shifting priorities and frequent interruptions while keeping execution on track. What You’ll Do Supervision of a work group Maintain production plan and goals General ITAD support work Inspire, answer questions, and manage performance of a team Execution of development plan for team members Act as a resource and support problem-solving by our team members Drive operational excellence Identify opportunities to enhance safety and improve processes Forklift Operation What You Bring (Briefcase) Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus, but relevant experience matters more 1-3 years of experience in operations, production, or leadership roles At least 2 years of experience supervising or coaching a team in a fast-paced environment Preferred: Experience in ITAD, electronics recycling, production, or hardware processing environments Skills & Strengths (Head) Clear communicator who can lead a technical team, translate priorities, and align people around shared goals Organized and calm under pressure, able to juggle projects, shift priorities, and keep execution moving Confident balancing efficiency, quality, and resale value when making daily decisions Comfortable navigating conversations across departments and engaging with both frontline team members and cross-functional partners Who You Are (Heart) You're a confident, curious, and people-centered leader.
