Lightspeed Restoration is looking for a driven Business Development Representative to focus on building relationships, generating referrals, and supporting the estimating process. This role plays a key part in growing the business by developing strong partnerships and ensuring opportunities are properly documented and converted into revenue. Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with:
- Insurance agents & adjusters
- Plumbers
- Property managers
- Real estate professionals
- Generate and manage referral pipelines
- Represent the company in the field with professionalism and urgency
- Base rate
- Aggressive commission structure:
- 10% on water jobs
- 5% on fire and mold jobs
- Company vehicle provided
- Company phone provided
- Marketing budget provided
- Strong people skills and relationship-building ability
- Self-motivated and performance-driven
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Someone who can build strong referral relationships, identify opportunities, and help turn those opportunities into completed jobs.
